Brief History

The Vikaasha Clan Society was founded by a group of Matale Hindu National School alumni from the O/L 2002 batch, united by a deep bond of friendship and a shared commitment to support one another and give back to their alma mater. Formally established with a constitution in 2024, Vikaasha Clan has grown from a small circle of friends to an organized society with a strong focus on member welfare and community support. Over the years, this bond has led to various initiatives, including scholarship programs, career guidance workshops, and infrastructure improvements at the school, making a lasting impact on current and future generations.

விகாஷா அமைப்பானது மாத்தளை இந்து தேசிய பாடசாலையின் 2002ம் ஆண்டு O/L வகுப்பைச்சார்ந்த பழைய மாணவர் குழுவினால் நிறுவப்பட்டதோர் தொண்டு நிறுவனமாகும். இம்மாணவர் குழாத்தினரின் நட்புறவும், ஒருவருக்கொருவர் உதவிகளை நல்குவதற்கான உறுதிப்பாடும், தாங்கள் கல்வி பயின்ற பாடசாலைக்கு திருப்பிக்கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற தாழ்மையான நோக்கமுமே இதனை ஸ்தாபிக்க காரணமாயின. 2024ம் ஆண்டு விதிமுறைகளுக்கமைய அதிகாரபூர்வமாக அமைக்கப்பட்ட விகாஷா கிளான், ஓர் சிறிய நண்பர்கள் வட்டமாக இருந்து முனைப்புடன் செயற்படும் ஒரு சிறந்த அமைப்பாக வளர்ந்துள்ளது. இவ்வமைப்பினால் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்; மாணவர்களுக்கான கல்வி உதவித்தொகை திட்டங்கள், தொழில் வழிகாட்டல் செயலமர்வுகள், மற்றும் பாடசாலையின் கட்டமைப்பு மேம்பாடுகள் போன்ற சேவைகளினால் தற்போதைய மற்றும் எதிர்கால சந்ததியினர் பயன்பெற்று வருகின்றனர்.

Founding Story

The story of Vikaasha Clan began with a few friends from the O/L 2002 batch who shared a vision of staying connected and making a difference together. Initially, the group held informal gatherings and catch-ups, which quickly evolved as they realized their potential to create a meaningful support network. Driven by values of unity, loyalty, and community service, the members decided to formalize their efforts. In 2024, they officially established the Vikaasha Clan Society with a structured constitution, clear objectives, and a leadership team dedicated to creating positive change. Today, Vikaasha Clan stands as a testament to the enduring power of friendship and the shared purpose of giving back.

விகாஷாவின் கதை

பாடசாலை நாட்களின் பின் வாழ்க்கை எம்மை வெவ்வேறு பாதைகளில் அழைத்துச்சென்றது. தொழில் நிமிர்த்தமாக, குடும்ப சூழ்நிலை என பல்வேறு காரணங்களால் எமது பாடசாலை நண்பர்கள் வெவ்வேறு திசைகளில் பயணிக்க வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்திலிருந்தோம். இருப்பினும், நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றிணைந்து ஓர் நல்லாற்றல் மிகுந்த குழுவாக இயங்க வேண்டும் என்ற கனவு எப்போதும் எம் மனதில் நிறைந்திருந்தது. ஓரிருவராக நாம் இதைப்பற்றி கதைப்பதுண்டு, அவ்வப்போது சந்தர்ப்பம் கிடைக்கும் போது சிறு குழுவாக இணைந்து இவ்வெண்ணம் குறித்து கலந்துரையாடுவதுண்டு, இவ்வாறு மெல்ல மெல்ல எமது நோக்கங்களை உருவாக்க, நாம் செல்ல வேண்டிய பாதை புலப்பட்டது. ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட நோக்கங்களை ஏனைய நண்பர்களிடேயும் பகிந்து கலந்துரையாடியதன் மூலமாக ஓர் உறுதியான, உணர்வுபூர்வமான, ஆதரவு வலையமைப்பொன்று உருவானது. இதுவே பின்னாளில் ஓர் கட்டமைப்பு விதி முறைமை, தெளிவான நோக்கங்கள், மற்றும் நேர்றையான மாற்றத்தினை உருவாக்கும் விகாஷா அமைப்பாக கட்டமைக்கப்பட்டு செயற்பட்டு வருகின்றது.
